Order Preparation Time
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 Hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via either Internet Express or The Courier Guy.
Insurance (Internet Express)
Internet express currently offers insurance of R2500 or R5000 for each parcel at an additional fee.
We opt for insurance on all of our parcels shipped with internet express.
Insurance (The Courier Guy)
Insurance is available with The Courier Guy
We opt for insurance on all of our parcels shipped with The Courier Guy
Theft and if your parcel goes missing
Should your parcel go missing we will contact they purchasers and discuss a solution
We are however not held liable for theft and damage as this is outside of our control.
Damage to goods
If damage occurs to your parcel we will require comprehensive images to be sent to shipping@performanceproducts.co.za
If the damage is related to the couriers negligence we will mediate a claim for the replacement
